Marion MacPhee was born and brought up on the Island of Skye which lies off the north west coast of Scotland. It is from here she works and runs her own Studio and Printmaking business. Marion graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2001 with a (BA Hons) Degree.
The focus of Marion's work is to illustrate the mythology and environment of the Scottish West coast. In doing this she hopes to participate in keeping the rich tradition of story telling alive and help continue to circulate the myths.
